For the uninformed, CJA is the solo moniker of New Zealand's
 Clayton Noone. Noone has been making waves for years
 now, specializing in a compelling and unmistakably blasted
 lo-fi guitar sound that has become his trademark. The three
tracks on "Ich Lieb" plunge headlong into the post-Velvets
 out-rock cosmos, with mantra-like dirges and smoldering, lazy
 riffs stacked one on top the other and left to rot in the boiling sun.
